Kristine - There's very little I won't do to insure that my clients are well served. After all, in the end, I'm working for their referrals. And that doesn't happen if I don't provide exemplary service to them.
Laura - Any agent not taking that pledge each and every day, and then reflecting on it every night, is not doing their clients justice.
