Health Care in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex Area
All too often when people make the move to the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area of North Carolina they are enamored by how beautiful the area truly is.
We have plenty of parks, lots of places for shopping, great schools, and affordable homes for sale.
But sometimes, my buyer clients get all caught up in the moment and forget about medical facilities.
Let's face it folks, at some point in time you're going to need a doctor.
So, during my initial buyer consultation, I ALWAYS ask my clients if they have any special needs that would necessitate that they to live close to medical facilities.
Yesterday was one of those days... and that's what inspired today's blog.
Because it's not just about finding my Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area home buyers a place to live. It's about finding them a place to KEEP living too.

Craigster if I were moving to Raleigh / Cary / Apex area you'd be my go to Realtor®!
Good morning Craig. What a great point. Your title grabbed my attention. Terrific secondary focus. You are a handsome nurse or doctor as well.
And that is why buyers in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex NC area should hire Craig Rutman as their buyers agent because he looks out for ALL of their needs! Medical care, schools, shopping and convenience to job places are very important to helping someone choose a home for sale! Terrific post Craig! suggested :)!
...and we want them to live a LONG time too, so they can refer all their friends! Excellent post Craig!!
Craig-That is an excellent point and from somebody that needs good medical care due to physicchallenges that is a excellent thing to remember if I move to a different state which I may do in the future. Love the pic of you and the ladies.
Your presentation adds an element of humor while thought provoking for the buyers Craig! You cover all the bases and over deliver to your customers and clients. When we are young we believe we will live forever, invincible...hardly glancing at what might happen unexpectedly. You probably give them a list with telephone numbers when you close so they keep it handy and you top of mind.
Craig, looks like you have...your hands full, ahem, with the young ladies....he he hee
Craig: Proximity to hospitals is a concern for some buyers...good that you bring it up early in the process.
Looks like you've got all of the medical attention you need big guy!
Good afternoon, Craig. I think that Roger is on to something there. Must say that you are definitely the go-to realtor in the Cary area...
Craig, I feel a cough or something coming on...I'm pretty sure it's very serious whatever it is and would require round-the-clock attention...where again do I go to be nurtured back to health by these obviously capable young ladies???????
Great post, Craig. Always love the ladies you with in the photos :)

Hi Craig, You are a very thoughtful agent to point out where the medical facilities are in your area and hopefully your clients will find a good match.

Doctor, I have this terrible ache,... wait a minute there Craig Rutman. That looks like a Chef uniform you are wearing! Are you sure you are a real Doctor? LOL!
Clearly you are the Realtor who thinks of everything a Buyer Buyer in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area of NC should need in their new area!
Great information, Craig! This is so useful to people relocating to your area and, of course, using you. This is something I always ask about in south Florida.
Hi all,
With a bunch of closings coming up in the next couple of weeks, I've been a bit swamped putting all the finishing touches on making sure my buyers are good to go.
So, with that being said, I've not had the time to respond individually to you guys as I normally would.
Please consider this group response as my thank you to all of you for stopping on by and taking the time to read and comment on my blog.
Here's to your good health!
Craig
